We have found a replacement process called Blackhole that is compatible with Big Sur (and older Mac OS's) and our testing has shown it works well. That's when my new Philippino friend sent me a link to download "Blackhole" along with these instructions: (That doesn't include of course the hours of time I spent trying to figure out to use the damn thing). So at this point, my investment in this product that even the company's own IT department can get to work, is $111.99. When I hung up, I received immediately a text message from T Mobile informing me that my phone call with the Philippino troubleshooter cost me $72. So I foolishly returned the call and spoke to Video Capture Replay IT guy for about 10 minutes- which did not yield any results. I received and ignored several phone calls from the Philippines, because, well, I don't know anyone from the Philippines. Then I was asked to download several additional programs including: SoundFlower, Blackhole, VLC, and LMI Rescue. The IT guy tried and failed to access my desktop. But since I have other things to do besides troubleshoot software, it took me several days to figure out that my correspondence with him was taking place on a support page buried somewhere on their website. In short, I couldn't get it to work on my MAC.
